During my stay, I couldn't get my room door to open with the key, but the manager swiftly assisted me and relocated me to a new room. the comfortable beds and convenient parking made my visit enjoyable. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Room had standard amenities like a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. the location was convenient for visiting Rushmore and Bear Country, with ample parking available.

The breakfast was frugal and poorly stocked. the room, especially the bathroom, was outdated and could use a makeover.

We had a lovely stay at the quiet mountain motel with spectacular city views. the spacious rooms had new bedding and comfortable beds. the friendly staff offered delicious breakfast to go and recommended great nearby attractions. Additionally, the room amenities like a fridge, microwave, and big TV made our stay even better.

Staff returned my forgotten earpods. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, Free parking, Picnic area, Paid shuttle. Flat-screen TV, Kitchen utensils, VIP service. Great for hiking, cycling. Allows pets, AC. No smoking. I return for business trips.

Stayed at Big Sky Lodge. Amazing back bluff view! Cozy room, responsive staff. Convenient location near attractions. Clean and comfy rooms, beautiful outdoor area.

No breakfast after Labor Day.

We had an amazing stay at the lodge. the staff made us feel like old friends and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Jay, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He even invited us to dinner at a local restaurant and hosted a BBQ on the day of our departure. the Wi-Fi was fast and the overall experience was one of the best we've ever had. It was hard to say goodbye.
