It was our first trip to the Berkshires and our stay at Birchwood in the Berkshires surpassed all expectations. The innkeepers, Tom and Debbie, were incredibly accommodating. They even upgraded our room when there was a cable issue in our original room.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the decorations were beautiful and gave a festive touch to the place. Another aspect I liked was the friendly and helpful staff. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to assist with any request. As for the location, it was ideal. It was conveniently situated close to various attractions and shops, making it easy for me to explore the area during my stay.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the room I stayed in was quite small and cramped.

The bed was heavenly. Staff provided helpful guidance on getting to the theater and recommended a great dinner spot.
