I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed to switch rooms due to my wife's injury. The room itself was beautifully decorated with unique themes, and the attention to detail was impressive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent, from the jacuzzi tub to the sauna. The location was convenient, with attractions and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved learning about the history of the building.

The themed rooms, like the Mayan rainforest room, were incredibly detailed and truly immersive. The attention to detail, with waterfalls and accent lighting, made me feel like I was actually in the place represented. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a spa and a huge TV. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location was convenient and the prices were very reasonable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which was delivered to my room.

The hotel could improve on the variety of breakfast options.

I stayed at this themed room hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The attention to detail in each room was incredible, with waterfalls and accent lighting that made me feel like I was actually in the place being represented. The rooms had spas and huge TVs, and all light and function switches were clearly labeled. The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near great restaurants like Jakers, which offers a discount to guests.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed in a room themed after Atlantis and it was absolutely beautiful! the attention to detail was amazing, with the room's décor and furnishings transporting us to an underwater paradise. the jacuzzi tub in the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing soak. Additionally, the add, on breakfast offer was a great value and delicious, filling us up for the day ahead.

One downside was that breakfast was not served until 9 a.m., which was a bit late for us as we wanted to start our day early. It would have been nice if there was an option for an earlier breakfast or at least some grab, and, go items available.

The hotel's themed rooms are simply amazing. Each room has a unique theme, making every stay different and more exciting. The attention to detail is impressive, just like the specially executed paintings in the Mayan jungle theme room, which were exquisite. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities, like the comfortable beds, are well-maintained and make for a great night's sleep. The breakfast, like the one delivered to your room, is also a great way to start the day. I loved the idea of twinkling stars above the bed from the Caveman room.

As travelers who appreciate themed rooms and attention to detail, we were blown away by our stay at Black Swan Inn. The tropical room and Mayan rainforest room were both excellent, complete with waterfalls and incredible accent lighting. The rooms had spa facilities, huge TVs, and all switches were clearly labeled. The atmosphere made us feel like we were actually in the places represented. The breakfast provided in the form of a free burrito basket was a great start to our day. We loved the convenient location, just a 2-hour drive from home.

Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.
