We had an enjoyable stay here. The staff was very welcoming and even offered our dog treats and special bowls in the room. The hotel had a charming and historic atmosphere, yet was well maintained. We appreciated the convenient location near the market place and historic neighborhood, as well as the easy access to Blennerhassett island. The staff at this venue, from the reception desk to the hotel bar to the wait staff, were exceptional and provided great service throughout our stay.

My stay at the hotel was well worth the money spent. The rooms were cozy, the location was convenient, and the staff treated me like royalty. Great experience overall.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel during our city break! the hot breakfast was delicious and filling, with way too much food for just the two of us. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and attended to. We also loved the beautiful and interesting design of the hotel, making it a unique and memorable experience. Additionally, the location was great, despite the slight struggle with one-way streets, and the fact that the parking was located behind the hotel.

The only negative aspect we experienced was with the shower. It had an interesting feature where you could bypass the heat limiter, but we had a bit of difficulty getting it to work properly.

We were impressed by the beautiful, well-decorated rooms that exuded a sense of luxury. The linens and bathrobe provided added to the overall indulgent feel of our stay. The complementary breakfast at Brunello was a delightful surprise, with made-to-order omelettes and crispy bacon. The hotel even accommodated our special request for boat parking, showing their excellent customer service. we highly recommend this hotel for its character and exceptional amenities.

The staff was friendly and efficient, making me feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast, with made-to-order omelets, was delicious. I also enjoyed the lovely ambiance and the option to dine outside. The location was perfect for morning runs and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and my room was spacious with three windows that let in lots of natural light. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Blennerhassett Museum and the local brewery. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the made-to-order eggs and the Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Wonderful staff! Super helpful with great attitudes! the restaurant was outstanding, with delicious food. the Starbucks cafe in the lobby was a treat! the room was huge, with 3 windows! Everything about the property and staff that I experienced was 5 star!

Parking was not available on site, but the FREE valet service made up for it. the hotel is located downtown, which can be a little more trouble to get to.

We took advantage of the hotel's proximity to the Blennerhassett museum and the nearby river, enjoying a paddlewheel boat ride to the island. The on-site coffee shop in the lobby was a delightful perk, and we absolutely loved the dinner at the restaurant - the food and drinks were delicious and creatively prepared. The level of service, from the reception desk to the hotel bar to the wait staff, was truly impeccable. a wonderful place to stay and a definite reason to visit this area.
