The location was perfect, with the mall and outlet just a stone's throw away. I also loved that there was a fancy restaurant nearby, making dining options plentiful. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service available and helpful staff always on hand. The amenities were impressive, with a heated indoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness center, and even a casino for added entertainment. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

Our room on the 14th floor had breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including Lake Michigan. Free valet parking and attentive bellmen. Live music, variety of games, and a nice dinner at the buffet made for a fantastic Sunday.

We recently had a romantic escape and there were a couple of things we really liked about the hotel. First, the breathtaking panoramic views from our room were absolutely stunning. We had a room on a high floor with floor, to, ceiling windows that provided a picturesque view of the surrounding landscape. Second, the bathroom in our room was luxurious and beautifully designed. the walk, in shower with a built, in bench was spacious and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Plus, the oversized king bed was incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that we didn't particularly enjoy. the first issue was the location of the pool.

The hotel is located in an industrial part of town, but it offers easy access to a casino, outlet shopping center, and other casinos in the area. The rooms have comfortable beds, and some guests noted that the view from their rooms was nice. In addition, the hotel offers a gym for guests to use.

The hotel falls short in customer service. Guests have reported rude staff at the front desk, and some have experienced difficulty with check-in and room readiness.

The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a spacious room with a very comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also offered excellent room service and had a variety of shops and commercial services available. I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided at this venue.

Large and renovated rooms, breathtaking views of the city skyline and harbor, impeccable housekeeping, and top-notch amenities like fast WIFI and modern elevators. Excellent choice for a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, arranging a shuttle bus for us and even contacting the next hotel when I left my mobile phone behind. The food in the cafe was great and we found the gift shop to be very handy. The hotel's taxi service was reliable, making it easy for us to explore the local area. We were also pleased to find complimentary sodas, tea, and coffee in the casino, which was a bonus for someone who doesn't drink alcohol.

I was in town for a weekend getaway and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's rest. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the bar area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Parking was easy, and the casino atmosphere truly lived up to its Vegas-style reputation. I also loved the spaciousness of the rooms, especially the corner room with its beautiful views from windows on two walls.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short car ride away from the beach. the comfortable bed and pillows made for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the view from my window on the 5th floor, it was just beautiful.

The hotel had a few drawbacks. the non-smoking room I stayed in still had a smoky smell, which was not pleasant.
