Loved the contactless check-in process and the cozy fireplace in the room for the cooler Xmas weather. the accommodation's great view of the lake and its ease of access to nearby dining options within 2 miles were convenient and enjoyable.

The room felt somewhat dated and unwelcoming, with old and faded bedspreads and uncomfortable beds and pillows. Some maintenance issues were noted, such as the room being too hot upon arrival and difficulties with the heating system.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its clean and spacious rooms offering a great view right on the lake. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Additionally, the cozy fireplace added a nice touch for cooler evenings. Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
