I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a nice view of the rock and within walking distance to various restaurants on the water. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided, such as the free Wifi and the microwave/fridge in the room, were very convenient.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing weekend at a hotel with great service, excellent location, and friendly staff. When we booked our rooms over the phone, Joseph, the concierge, provided professional and kind service. The lady who cleaned our room greeted us with a smile every day. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the water. We enjoyed watching the sea lions with our binoculars. Although there was no AC, the heat wasn't unbearable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast was average. Despite a few minor issues, we had a nice stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to the bay in central California. The location right on the seafront provided a great view of Morro Rock. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and all the hotel facilities were in excellent working condition. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the main street in this city made it convenient for exploring shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

Even though we didn't have a room with a view, next time we'll definitely request one. The staff was super friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We felt safe exploring the area, even in the evenings. Can't wait to return to this great hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The towels provided were thick and fluffy, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which easily accommodated the three of us. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its stunning view of the bay. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the steps to the waterfront. We also appreciated the free parking available right in front of the hotel. The breakfast options offered a good range of food, including a fun pancake machine. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a stop off on my road trip. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. I recently stayed at a hotel in Morro Bay, and unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with my experience. First of all, the room was not as clean as I had hoped.

We recently stayed at the Blue Sail Inn for a coastal getaway and were incredibly pleased with our experience. The location was ideal, close to everything and easy to find. The hotel had underground parking, which was a great convenience. The staff, led by Manager Nikki, was outstanding - efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. The rooms were clean and the maids did a great job. We also enjoyed the proximity to shops, all within walking distance. we have decided that the Blue Sail Inn will be our go-to hotel for all future coastal visits.

The room was comfortable and spacious, offering a good amount of space to relax. the complimentary makeup wipes in single bags were a nice addition, making it convenient to freshen up in the room. Additionally, the free parking on a first come first serve basis was a great advantage, especially in a location where parking can be a challenge.

The lack of tea making facilities in the room was disappointing. Although there were tea bags provided, there was no way to boil water except through the coffee maker, which ended up tasting like coffee.

Excellent staff, clean room with a view, great location, walking distance to restaurants, nice balcony, comfortable bed.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sights of Morro Rock, the ocean, and the harbor. the room itself was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable sofa and a table with chairs. the bathroom had excellent lighting, making it easy to get ready. We also appreciated the included WiFi and the wide variety of channels on the television, which came with a helpful guide. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area.

One thing we didn't like was the noise from kids running and playing in the halls and neighboring rooms. It made it a bit difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful recommendations for dining and coffee spots.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be more variety.
