Great location, close to everything. the staff was amazing, made us feel at home. the unique design of the room and cozy atmosphere was exactly what we desired. A big plus was having a balcony room with a view. the walk-in shower was a nice touch. Not your traditional hotel!

We could hear the noises from the neighboring room. It was quite disruptive at times, especially when loud conversations could be heard through the walls.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just off Canal Street, providing easy access to the streetcar and within a 10-minute walk to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the famous Ruby Slipper for breakfast was a definite plus. The staff was marvelous, being friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with a basket of New Orleans goodies to celebrate my partner's birthday. The room was huge and beautiful, with comfortable furniture and a balcony with a nice view. The hotel's style was marvelous, adding to the overall experience. The fourth floor and seventh floor courtyards were also a great addition, offering a peaceful outdoor space above the city.

We felt safe and secure in this hotel, with parking offered and a very friendly valet gentleman who helped with our luggage and parking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we slept so well. The wifi connection was strong, allowing us to stay connected to work and enjoy uninterrupted Netflix movies. We also appreciated the little touches, like apples and coffee in the lobby and the packages with salt and pepper in the room. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
