The Borealis Inn provided a safe and comfortable stay during my recent visit to Fairbanks. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease as a solo traveler. The shared kitchen was convenient, the rooms were clean, and there were plug-ins for winterized vehicles. Despite being a budget option, the internet connection was good enough for work and communication. The location was also ideal, with a reasonable distance to campus and town.

The hotel is a great value with clean rooms and helpful staff. It is conveniently located near a bus stop and has comfortable beds. The owner even offered to take us to our first sighting spot for the Northern Lights. There is a 24-hour restaurant nearby and the hotel provides a feeling of safety with bolt locks on the doors.

Two beds, fridge, microwave for $130/8 days. Nice staff, movie theater nearby, shopping, eateries, gas station close. Salmon Bake, Pioneer Park 1 mile. Easy access to highways. One key for door and room. Daily housekeeping, AC, flat screen TV, fridge, microwave outside room. Would stay again.

I stayed at this small, older property for three nights while attending my son's football game at Lathrop. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a full-size fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spacious and the room had blackout curtains to block out the midnight sun. The host, Danny, was friendly and even helped me with my suitcase. The hotel is conveniently located along the main road, with a 24-hour diner just a short walk away. The price was half of what the larger chains charge, making it a great value.
