The location was perfect, close to Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were contemporary and comfortable, with separate bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The skywalk to Mayo Clinic was a convenient and enjoyable feature, with shops and restaurants along the way.

Located in close proximity to Mayo clinic, the hotel offers a great location to the area. The rooms are spacious with well-stocked kitchens that make cooking easy. Many parking options are available and the price is acceptable. However, there could be better communication among the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location saved us on the days when the weather was bad, as it was a blessing being able to easily go back and forth to our appointments at Mayo Clinic. The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The size of the apartments for an extended stay was excellent, providing us with all the space we needed. Plus, the room had more amenities than I expected, including a washing machine and dishwasher. the service was top-notch, and the hotel offered great facilities such as a spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and live entertainment.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was just a short walk to the Mayo Clinic and nearby restaurants. The service provided here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff available day or night. The amenities in our room were outstanding, including two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a spacious kitchenette. The comfortable bed and lovely patio added to our enjoyable stay.

Our experience at this hotel was great. We did encounter a few maintenance issues, such as water leakage from the fridge and a malfunctioning coffee machine.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very spacious and we loved having a full kitchen and living area. The location was great for going to the Mayo Clinic and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The free laundry machines in each unit were a bonus and definitely came in handy. In addition, the indoor swimming pool and sauna were very relaxing and a great way to unwind after a long day.

Conveniently located for Mayo appointments with in and out parking at a reasonable rate. Separate bedroom from rest of the rooms. 1 bedroom unit has 1.5 bathrooms. Helpful front desk staff.

We loved the spacious room with nice furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for our Mayo visit - connected by Skyway and walking distance to the clinic. We also appreciated the accommodating staff who promptly fixed the TV issue. we recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was not as good as we expected, fitness center not well maintained with empty cups, water, and wipes dispenser and a soft bed that made our backs sore. It’s a pity that we did not know the pool was under renovation before we arrived.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-provisioned rooms at Broadway Plaza. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The direct access to the parking lot and Mayo skyway system made getting around convenient. The swimming pool and gym were also great amenities to have. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a pleasant experience during our Christmas stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. the suite we stayed in was spacious, with a kitchenette and 1 1/2 bathrooms, giving us plenty of room to relax. Another advantage was the hotel's location, which was conveniently close to the attractions we wanted to visit. We could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to find places to eat and explore.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our stay. the pictures we saw online made it look amazing, but in reality, it was outdated, small, and had signs of rust.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, direct access to parking lot and skyway system, affordable cost, elegant elevators.

Felt like family, no complaints.
