Comfortable cottage with excellent mountain view. Main lodge perfect for dining, relaxing in library or terrace. Surrounding grounds as pretty as advertised. Staff offers great local activity options. Fantastic breakfast and dinner with amazing 4-course meal. Can't wait to visit again.

The breakfast and dinner were outstanding. We loved the breathtaking mountain views from our room and all around the inn. the location was perfect as it was close enough to all attractions and activities but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Some of the staff members could have been more friendly and welcoming. the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 4-star hotel in the Smoky Mountains. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled quietly in the woods away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and offered great recommendations for local activities. The room was incredibly relaxing with breathtaking views of the mountains. The amenities provided, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries, added to our comfort. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the hotel, with a delicious four-course meal that exceeded our expectations. The southern hospitality displayed by the staff made us feel right at home. We can't wait to visit again!
