We were impressed with the happy hour at this Red Lion hotel, where they served free drinks and light snacks. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. we recommend this hotel.

Located in the Jackson Mississippi area, this hotel is in a convenient spot. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The staff is helpful and gracious, making the stay even better. Breakfast is decent, and the buffet is helpful. To add to that, there are complementary cocktails and scones, muffins, and fresh fruit available.

The hotel needs some renovation work in certain areas.

I recently stayed at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised! the service was amazing - the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities you need, plus the added benefit of working amenities which is great. The location was also ideal - in a very nice area with a great view from the overlooking balconies. Inside access also made me feel very safe which was an added bonus. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with both hot and cold options available.

All in all, I had a great stay and there wasn't anything that I particularly felt needed to be improved.

Lodge is comfortable, staff is friendly, and breakfast includes tasty bacon. The fireplace in the common area is impressive. Conveniently located near an interstate junction and several shops.

Our group recently stayed at a hotel in Jackson and we loved the comfortable beds and pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. the hotel offered free wireless internet and a daily cocktail hour that was a highlight and a great opportunity to socialize with our group. We also enjoyed the full breakfast buffet that offered a variety of options including fruit and a waffle bar. the location was ideal, close to good restaurants and attractions.

The hall carpets and elevator carpets were dirty, and the rooms had an unpleasant smell. the shower curtains showed signs of mildew and the floors were not clean which made us uncomfortable.
