The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the fact that beach towels were provided and we received a voucher for two beach chairs. These amenities made our beach days much more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of our room was not up to par. The bathroom needed serious attention and the overall cleanliness was lacking.

the atmosphere and history of the place were fantastic. the lobby was sweet, and I could imagine enjoying a meal in the patio restaurant during cooler months. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I loved the delicious breakfast served each day. the bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the fun touches of books and magazines in the room. Staying at this hotel gave me a totally different vibe compared to larger properties. the quaintness of the hotel was something I truly enjoyed. the location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the MBCC.

This hotel is just steps away from the beach and shopping at Lincoln Rd Mall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with a nice desk and a great shower. The hotel offers fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The beach chair and towel provided for free is a nice touch.

Convenient location, close to everything including the airport shuttle bus stop. Provided beach towels and bags were helpful. Limited breakfast options but plenty of nearby places to eat. Clean room, although view faced a fence and another building.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms, perfect for our needs. The staff were always helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with any questions or requests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. From room service to car hire, they were ready to assist us in any way they could. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The hotel's spa and wellness center was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The swimming pool and sun terrace were also great additions, allowing us to soak up the sun and relax in a peaceful environment. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved the fantastic location near everything in South Beach, with easy access to the main shopping street and plenty of restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and a cute coffee shop/bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Plus, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
