As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the private and luxurious cabins, the friendly and helpful staff, and the loaner Mercedes for easy transportation. The separate bungalow-style rooms provided privacy, and the comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms with outdoor showers were a treat. The pool was the perfect size and never too crowded. The location was just remote enough for a peaceful getaway while still being close to downtown areas. We also enjoyed the delicious fish tacos at the pool and the wine tasting on our first night. The hiking trails provided a great opportunity for a quick workout.

This resort was one of the best stays we've ever had! The rooms were absolutely stunning, with outdoor/indoor fireplaces and personal outdoor jacuzzis. The amenities included a free mini bar and a personal outdoor living area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The spa was a highlight, with a comforting mineral bath and an amazing eucalyptus steam room. We also loved the restaurant, with delicious food and a fantastic breakfast room service. The grounds were beautiful, with hiking trails and a pool, making for a perfect nature getaway. Furthermore, the bonus of being able to borrow a luxurious Mercedes convertible for the day was a great perk.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. We noticed that the resort appeared to be understaffed during a wedding, with the staff more focused on the wedding guests rather than the other resort guests.

The resort's beautiful and serene grounds were a highlight of our stay. The unique design of the lodge, with separate living, outdoor, and sleeping spaces, was neat and enjoyable. We also loved the indoor outdoor fireplace and the option of an outdoor shower. The friendly and prompt service, including valet and shuttle service, was another aspect that stood out to us.

Despite the restaurant being mostly empty during our visit, we were only given a choice of two dining times or sitting at the bar. This made us feel like resort guests were being turned away unnecessarily.

The staff was courteous and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a great amenity and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated that they were able to accommodate our early arrival for a wedding. it was a 5-star experience in a 5-star environment.

The price was a bit high and there were a few issues with the pool being too cold and the limited healthy food options at lunch.
