Trip to visit our son's football game and it exceeded our expectations. Upgraded room due to knee walker. Lovely decor and heavenly pillows. Nearby Yale and hospital. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Pleasant ambiance. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was elevated by the modern finishes in the room and the courteous staff. the room amenities including a Keurig and mini-fridge were convenient, and the comfortable bed added to the relaxation. Its downtown location near Yale University allowed for easy access to various attractions, shops, and dining options.

Our experience was dampened by the unhelpful room service scheduling, causing frustration during our stay. Additionally, the noisy surroundings, particularly the frequent sirens and traffic sounds, disrupted our peace and quiet.
