The staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaning every 3 days, towels upon request by 2 PM. Pilots had a shuttle, non-pilot guests didn't. Nice, new rooms.- The complimentary shuttle around the city is great. Fitness center is top notch.- Spacious, clean room with nice decor. Bathroom had a large mirror and built-in shower toiletries. Dark curtains for late sleepers. Bluetooth mirror was cool to experiment with.- Comfortable with a great, clean fitness room. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Excellent location.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the place. the bed was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. the room itself was quite pretty, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The lights in the room were a bit bothersome, with a blue light on the smoke alarm blinking all night and a bright vanity light that was hard to ignore. the room could have been better lit as well, as it was quite dark during my first stay and there was no blinking light to offer any sort of illumination.

The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making us feel right at home.

There were several negative aspects to my stay. the check-in process was incredibly frustrating as our rooms were not ready when promised, and they were not even located next to each other as requested.

The room darkening shade was a game-changer for getting a good night's sleep, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I loved the technology in the room, like the bluetooth capabilities in the mirrors and the charging ports near the bed. The TV even had HDMI hookup for our laptop. The bathroom was spacious and the shower design was sleek. Plus, the three pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were a convenient touch.

One minor inconvenience was the parking fee, which was not disclosed upfront. Additionally, the door key was a bit temperamental and took some time to unlock our door.
