The location is excellent, as it is close to major attractions and easily accessible from the interstate. It is also situated near some great restaurants and bars, making it a top pick for anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The front desk staff, Erin and Hector, were particularly hospitable and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Another positive aspect is the convenient location of the hotel. It was easy to access the freeway and nearby restaurants and gas stations. Additionally, Jake from the hotel graciously offered to drive us to different places whenever we needed. This added convenience was much appreciated.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit dirty and the linens were also not completely clean. It would have been nice if the housekeeping had paid more attention to detail.

The breakfast was delightful. Marcy is the best asset, pleasant and efficient. The extra blanket and magnifying mirror were appreciated. The separate sitting area made it feel like home. The staff were friendly. We will stay here again.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. I also loved the convenient location, especially being close to the delicious Dakotah Steakhouse. Additionally, the large 24/7 pool and hot tub area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the beautiful Black Hills. I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Cambria Hotel.

The staff, especially the night guy, were really helpful and friendly. The room had a nice setup with a couch for relaxation after a day of hiking. The indoor pool was relaxing, and the fire pit was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. The lobby snack offerings were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the towels were of higher quality. There was ample parking for trucks and trailers. The hot tub and in-room Keurig were a plus. They also offered breakfast, although we didn't try it.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel conveniently located to many local attractions, and although it was on the outskirts of the city, it was still a short drive from the downtown area. The room was spacious and modern, with great amenities such as a comfortable bed, great water pressure, and a working refrigerator. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food.

Although everything else was outstanding, the elevator area was not as clean as it could have been.

The staff at the hotel, especially Dave, provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed during our stay. They even greeted us by name and with a smile every time we entered. We appreciated the free washing station for motorcycles and the complimentary bug off spray for cleaning our windshields. The inclusion of lip balm and maps of the area for planning our rides was a nice touch. our family had a wonderful time thanks to these amenities and the helpfulness of the staff.

I recently stayed at Cambria Hotel for a quick getaway and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The pool and jacuzzi being open 24/7 was a fantastic option, even though I didn't use them past 8pm. The room itself was beautiful and had everything I needed, including clean and comfortable amenities. The bed was great, although the pillows could've been better. The service and caring attitude of the staff was excellent, and any issues, like the hot tub not working, were quickly resolved. a great place to stay.
