The location is a winner—right by the gondola and town, so lekker for walking around! Dipped into the hot tub every night soaking up those mountain views, bliss. Staff were so friendly, really made us feel at home!

Brekkie was a bit basic, missed some hot options for a proper start.

For the price, where’s the mini refrigerator? Having to toss out leftovers is a letdown!!! Additionally, the on-site restaurant does not live up to being anything special, just a basic order-at-the-bar vibe!!!

Unfortunately, the limited breakfast options were a letdown, and there were issues with the heating that left the room less comfortable than desired. Parking fees were also on the high side.

Consider using the Oak Street Lift for a quicker exit to the slopes. it avoids the Gondola crowds and offers easy access to the trails.

The staff's attentiveness, especially Doug and Autumn, added a personal touch to our experience, ensuring we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit.
