I had such a great time at the resort! The attractions were amazing, especially Camelbeach, the water park. Even on a busy summer weekend, there were plenty of seats available, and the VIP seating and Cabanas were worth the investment for a guaranteed shady spot. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of fun.

Nothing it was perfect.

The resort was located in a beautiful area surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque mountains. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed with beautiful views. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and assistance. The arcade and waterpark were fantastic, offering a variety of entertaining activities for both kids and adults.

The resort lacked a spa facility that was expected and there were some disruptions in the hallways late at night due to lack of proper parenting.

We really enjoyed the variety of activities offered at this resort. There was something for everyone in the family, from the indoor water park to the snow tubing. Another big plus was the location, with easy access to nearby attractions. , the on-site bar was a convenient option for drinks and snacks.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. Some of the water slides were closed, the water park was not maintained well and there were not enough towels available.
