We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. It was convenient, especially for us as we arrived by train. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, we had a great night's sleep thanks to the blackout curtains. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, despite it being a busy weekend. We were also impressed with the range of amenities offered, such as room service, car hire, and laundry services.

The only minor issue we encountered was a slight delay in the restaurant service. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

I was in El Paso for a weekend getaway and the hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was right in downtown, near the Plaza and Convention Center. I loved the convenience of being just a short walk away from the Amtrak station. The hotel itself had a classic and clean ambiance, and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was dining at La Huerta, where the food never disappointed. The Dome Bar was also a favorite of mine, with its beautiful atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast in the spacious lobby was fairly priced and delicious. Lastly, Carlos, our server, went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and memorable.

Despite some minor issues with valet and hospitality, I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
