Always choose this place for my stay. Staff helped plan my evening, memorable. Perfect fit for me with Internet, free parking, snack bar, fitness center. Also has laundry, lift, business center, golf course. Pets allowed, air conditioning, non-smoking rooms. Coming back for trip.

I stayed at the Towneplace Suites for a short business trip. the room was spacious and cozy, with a comfy bed. the hotel was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Adjusting the AC to Auto High kept the room temperature just right. Cons: Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the spotless rooms and the incredibly friendly and helpful front desk staff. the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be varied and satisfying, setting a wonderful tone for the day ahead.

On the downside, the water temperature in the shower only reached a lukewarm level, which was disappointing as I prefer hot showers. Additionally, some garbage cans lacked bags, which was inconvenient for individuals with specific medical needs.
