I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with my room being incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Richard at the front desk who provided excellent customer service. The location was perfect, close to restaurants in downtown and in a safe business area. the hotel facilities were great and I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Candlewood was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The staff, especially Richard at the front desk, was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Despite a few minor issues like worn furniture and missing carpeting, the overall quality and value of the hotel were top-notch. We highly recommend Candlewood for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bismarck.

During my Christmas stay, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient. It was centrally located and provided easy access to various attractions and amenities. The hotel room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the fitness area was not well-equipped, with only two benches and limited weights available.

The facility was showing signs of age, with worn-out faux leather chairs and a carpet that needed a deep clean. Additionally, there were some aesthetic issues, such as ripped carpeting near the elevator and cigarette butts left around the entrance, which were not cleaned up by the staff.

The bed at Candlewood Suites was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the room was spacious and pleasantly surprised us with its nice decor. We were also pleased with the efficient functioning of the air conditioning, as it kept the room at a comfortable temperature. these factors contributed to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
