My stay was disappointing due to the overall condition of the hotel. The kitchenette was not stocked adequately, lacking dishes and utensils which made it impossible to prepare meals as intended. Additionally, I encountered unclean areas in the bathroom, and there were even stains on the sheets, which left me feeling uneasy about the hygiene standards in place. While the staff was friendly, the lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness made for a frustrating experience.

rooms were equipped with basic kitchen necessities which made cooking a breeze. While I appreciated the cleanliness, the lack of a pool was a missed opportunity for relaxation. Overall, a decent stay with good value.

Suitable for short stays and those needing basic amenities, but may require attention to cleanliness and comfort for longer visits.

Furniture is chipped and worn!!! The hotel decor is outdated and cheap looking!!! The elevator is slow and feels untrustworthy!!! Cleaning was subpar, leaving used towels in the restroom drawer!!! Major updates are needed in the lobby!!!

I really enjoyed the full kitchen setup, which made cooking meals easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location near Walmart was super convenient for grabbing essentials.

However, the hotel does need some updates. the decor felt a bit dated and some minor maintenance issues were noticeable. Plus, the lack of a swimming pool and breakfast options was a letdown.

Oh, those buttery croissants at the nearby café were a delight! And the spacious room really made lounging enjoyable. Not to mention, the ease of access to local shopping and dining options was a huge plus.

The manager and staff provided phenomenal service, always keeping us comfortable and smiling. Our One-Bedroom Queen Suite met all our needs perfectly and made for a lovely stay.

Maintaining cleanliness seemed to be a challenge, and some issues with room conditions resulted in discomfort during our visit.

Chur, the room was comfy and super quiet, but the lift smelled like diesel and I found dirt in the dressers. Not ideal, eh?

the staff at sonesta was super friendly, like literally everyone said hi when we came in. my room was realy clean, and i loved having a kitchen to cook. the area felt safe and there were lots of places to eat nearby that were walkable. plus, they had free laundry which was nice! it was a comfy stay overall and i would come back.

the bed was super hard and i had trouble sleeping, and the hallway had a weird smell that was kinda off-putting.
