I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen in the room was a great feature, and it made me wish I was staying longer. The location of the hotel was convenient with many restaurants nearby, and the DVD player in the room was a nice bonus.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional. For the price we paid, the quality of the accommodations and amenities was outstanding. Secondly, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient. It was right by the airport, making it convenient for travelers like us. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, just like the gentleman at the counter who assisted a guest with business work by providing office supplies. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. It was a nice touch to have a kitchenette or a full kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

I had a great stay at Sonesta! The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and large flat-panel TV. The kitchenette was perfect for my needs. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a hotel near the Columbus Airport. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early after a tiring overnight flight. the room was well, maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a fully equipped kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised by the thought and effort put into the room, which made my stay comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, being close to the airport and within driving distance to other key attractions in the area.

There were a couple of minor downsides to my stay. the check, in process was a bit slow due to a lack of staff at the front desk.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient for us. we appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby and newspapers available in the morning.

The hotel was located near a busy highway and the traffic noise was noticeable throughout the night. we had some issues with the air conditioning system, which seemed outdated and didn't work very well.

The hotel had a pleasant fragrance upon entering and the staff greeted us promptly. The room had a well-designed layout with a dedicated work space and comfortable furniture. The kitchen efficiency was adequate and well-equipped. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The hotel had useful amenities such as lending libraries, free laundry facilities, and a gym. The location was great and close to many restaurants in the Columbus area, as well as being near the airport.

We stayed for 2 nights - traveling with one wheelchair and 2 dogs. The hotel was quiet, smelled good, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The kitchenette was great for our needs. The front desk staff were SUPER friendly and greeted us warmly every time we walked the dogs. The little extras like the free laundromat, gym, lending cupboard, and complimentary DVD's were a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on using this facility again in the future.
