The room was clean and spacious, and I loved having the option to cook my own meals in the full kitchen. The nearby grocery store was a plus. The view of the Manhattan skyline from the river was breathtaking. I highly recommend Sonesta Simply Suites for a great stay.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to the Path Railway station and had a stunning view of the city skyline. the hotel was quiet and private, providing a peaceful escape.

Room service was lacking, as my trash cans were not attended to for the three nights I stayed. the attention to detail was also lacking, with holes in the bedsheet and a lack of spare toilet paper.

The location is very convenient, as it is close to metro stations and grocery stores. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms have comfortable beds and some even have separate bedrooms, which is a great feature. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice perk.

The lack of vegetarian options in the Candlewood Cupboard was a major disappointment. With a wide selection of frozen food available, it was unfortunate that there was only one suitable item for vegetarians.

There was no safe in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for storing valuables. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and disrupted our sleep at times.

Transportation into New York City was convenient and fast, with two PATH stations just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, even kind enough to lend me an umbrella for when I walked to the supermarket close by.

Felt safe and secure, nothing to complain about

The hotel was conveniently located near transportation options and plenty of food places. It was only a 15-minute walk to the World Trade Center, and there were lovely walking areas and a mall nearby. the rooms had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, microwave, and stove. This was perfect for my travel needs, and the space was comfortable and well-maintained. Lastly, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any needs or requests, and they made sure my stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

There were some negatives during my stay. the first night, we experienced a blocked toilet, which was a major inconvenience.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away from NYC. The staff is excellent, especially Ruth Gavino who provided us with valuable information and was very helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to many locations.
