Chur! The room was fresh as, but we had a right laugh when three times it wasn't cleaned. Big ups to the staff for sorting us out in the end.

I had a cozy night in a spacious one-bedroom king suite, but my check-in was delayed. After some back-and-forth, the room needed cleaning, which was ultimately addressed after a trip to the front desk. Make sure to follow up if your room isn’t ready!

I loved my stay in the spacious King suite with a full kitchen – perfect for late-night snacks! The clean, modern vibe of the hotel made me feel right at home. Plus, being just three minutes from two big casinos was a fantastic bonus!

candlewood is a recently renovated hotel with comfortable accommodations. the front desk staff were super friendly and genuinely eager to help. it's just three minutes from two big casinos, which was perfect for our trip. the kitchen in our studio queen suite was a nice touch for late-night snacks!

Frequent fire alarms kept going off unexpectedly, leading to a stressful environment during my stay. Check-out was a hassle due to staff issues.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. and the location allowed quick access to nearby attractions. Plus, the BBQ facilities were great for evening cookouts.

It would be nice if the kitchen amenities were more user-friendly. and perhaps a bit more attention to detail in cleaning wouldn't go amiss.

The queen studio suite was comfy, and the kitchen came in handy for late-night snacks. I loved relaxing by the outdoor fire pit and using the barbecue facilities they had available. The shower could've used a little more water pressure, but it didn't ruin my good vibes. 😊

But, it seems like cleaning wasn’t on the agenda—had to deal with unkempt rooms, which really tickled my funny bone, not! Also, a little more water pressure wouldn't have hurt.

Absolutely fantastic ! The staff went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was killer, just a stone's throw from the two big casinos. Free parking was a huge plus too.
