My stay at Candlewood was fantastic! I was in Omaha for a weekend event and stayed at the hotel for two nights. Check-in was a breeze and the facilities were more than satisfactory. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport starting from 4 am, which was a huge plus for me. Additionally, there is a delicious 24-hour restaurant called Perkins right across the street, offering reasonably priced meals. The hotel room had a toaster, soft sheets, and easy temperature control. Despite its proximity to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. Lastly, the young gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent customer service at Candlewood Suites near the airport. Ms. Cj stood out among the staff, making us feel like family. The staff, including Carlos and Pete, were friendly and made us feel at home. The location was convenient for our activities, and the room was clean and comfortable. CJ went above and beyond to help us with everything from bringing supplies to our room to helping us connect our TV and computer to the Wi-Fi. We were impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and great listening skills. the staff at Candlewood Suites provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel offered great amenities such as a kitchenette with stove burners, a full fridge, and a microwave. This made it really convenient for preparing our own meals during our stay. Additionally, the hotel was located in a key location that was close to both the airport and the places we needed to visit. This saved us a lot of time and hassle when it came to transportation. On top of that, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One of the major downsides of the hotel was its overall maintenance. It was clear that the hotel was older and in need of some repairs.
