The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There were issues with hair on the sheets and pillows, as well as stains on the bed linens.

Additionally, the hotel offered extra kitchen appliances, movies, and board games for check out in the lobby, providing additional entertainment options for our family. The staff, particularly Cusfu, Kayte, and Kuman, were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Cusfu made us feel welcome and constantly engaged with us. Kayte promptly addressed and resolved a concern with our original room by upgrading us to a one-bedroom suite. Kuman was always respectful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. Lastly, the hotel's pet-friendly status made our stay clean and convenient, and even allowed us to interact with a friendly resident feral cat outside.

The large and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location, right off the highway, was convenient and the hotel facilities were impressive. I loved having the option to cook in the kitchen and not having to eat out every evening. Additionally, the staff were helpful and accommodating.

I was traveling from New Jersey to South Carolina and this hotel was conveniently located midway. The staff was friendly and competent, making me feel comfortable during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and especially comfortable pillows. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and had the pleasure of meeting a resident feral cat who even let me pet her. Candlewood Suites provided a clean, convenient, and pet-friendly stay with a friendly staff and comfortable amenities.

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites and had a fantastic experience. My stay was for 3 nights while I was visiting the Collegiate Aquatic Center. The hotel had a kitchenette in the room, which made it feel just like home. I loved that there were extra kitchen appliances available for use. The lobby had a great selection of movies and board games to borrow. The hotel also offered free wash and dry, a gym, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They were able to provide information on food and entertainment in the area. I loved everything about this place!

The bed was comfortable and the room had a full kitchen, which was a great convenience. the location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was within a 15-minute drive of all the places we needed to go. Additionally, the overall coziness of the room made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few negatives during our stay. we had to wait for the room to be cleaned upon arrival, despite driving for 8 hours.

The value for money was outstanding, and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient and the staff treated us very well.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The mini-kitchen in the room had all the necessary amenities. We loved the convenience of the lamps that could be turned on/off from the door or the lamp itself. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The cost was surprisingly affordable.
