I had an amazing stay here. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was incredibly spacious, much larger than other motels I've stayed in. It was also spotlessly clean and incredibly quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable and provided a restful experience. I was delighted to find that the suite had a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. This meant I could avoid eating junk food and cook my own healthy meals. The hotel also offered free usage of the washer and dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, close to a grocery store and a short drive away from the Riverwalk area.

The location was not good for walking at night, dark and solitary, in a mostly industrial neighborhood. There was food on the carpet under the bed that was never cleaned during my week-long stay.

The front desk staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful and kind, making our stay very pleasant. They even offered our kids some board games to enjoy. We called the front desk about some noise from the zoo above us, and they immediately took care of the situation. the staff provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable.

Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel had free washer and dryer usage, which was a great convenience for a traveling worker like me.

There were a few downsides to my experience. there was no breakfast provided in the morning, which was a disappointment as it would have been nice to have a meal before starting my day.

Great stay for New Year's! Loved the complimentary early check-in and the friendly staff. the kitchenette and pool grill were a big plus, as well as the on-site laundry. Great location near the Alamo and easy access to downtown. Perfect for a weekend trip!

No breakfast included, just a small store where everything has to be purchased. the noise level was a bit high at night, with loud kids and people running around.
