The rooms were comfortable and spacious, leading us to extend our stay. The location was convenient for tourists and shoppers. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a guest laundry on site. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to attractions like the zoo and Old Town. Additionally, the hotel offered free coffee and had a gym on the ground floor, which was a nice convenience.

One downside of this hotel was that it did not offer daily housekeeping service. While we were able to exchange towels at the front desk, it would have been nice to have our room cleaned during our weekend stay.

The location was perfect for exploring San Diego and its main tourist attractions. There were plenty of dining options nearby and it was conveniently close to Sea World. Additionally, the hotel was situated a short distance away from dog-friendly parks and beaches, which was great for us as pet owners. The front desk staff, especially Raj, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They even gave us a room next to the dog area, making it easier for us to take our pets in and out. The two-bedroom ensuite we had exceeded our expectations in terms of size and met all the needs of our party, which included two adults, four children, and two dogs. The added bonus of having two bathrooms was greatly appreciated. the staff and facilities at the hotel were outstanding.

We felt right at home during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
