My family and I stayed at Candlewood Suites for my son's graduation party and we were blown away by the experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. We especially enjoyed having a kitchenette and a proper sized refrigerator in the room. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and respectful, with no noise or disturbances. We were impressed with how well the hotel anticipated our needs and provided everything we could think of. I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the full-size refrigerator and freezer in the room. The hotel's location was fantastic, right by the beach, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had a pleasant, fresh scent. I felt right at home in the cozy and separate living area. The hotel also had a convenient store downstairs, a well-equipped kitchen area, and comfortable pillows.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with several restaurants and shops just a few streets over. It was also within a short driving distance to several beaches. the staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist. the room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean linens. the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool during the hot weather. the hotel also had a small gym and laundry room, which was a convenient feature for guests.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. First, the communication with the front desk staff was poor and they handled our issues inadequately.

We loved the spacious rooms with a separate feel and a full kitchenette. The friendly staff easily provided extra towels and allowed us to extend our check-out time. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the oceanfront, with a sister hotel offering parking and restroom access. The fitness center and free washer/dryers were a great bonus. a 10-star experience for us young families!

The location of the hotel was great, with easy walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and movie theatre. It was perfect if you don't need beachfront access. the ability to cook our own food in the room was a money saver, with pots and pans provided in the room and the option to borrow an insta-pot or toaster oven from the front desk.

We were disappointed that we didn't get the room we booked, and instead ended up with only one queen bed instead of two full beds. the toilet handle in the room was also broken, which was inconvenient.

The room cleanliness was not up to par, with crumbs and detritus found behind the chair. There were issues with the key cards not working and the toilets backing up.

It was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless carpets that I could even walk barefoot on - a first for me! The location was great, in a well-lit area and away from the hustle and bustle of Town Center.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the convenience of having a mini mart in the lobby and a free laundry room with full-size washers and dryers. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The Candlewood Suites Virginia Beach Town Center exceeded my expectations as a solo traveler. The spacious and comfortable room provided a very relaxing experience. The fully equipped kitchenette was a great convenience. The shower was fantastic and the hotel even had a dog-friendly policy, with a nice grassy area for walking your furry companion.
