We had an amazing stay at this new boutique hotel. The design was top-notch, with a big hotel feel and a designer's eye. The attention to detail was impressive, especially the better lighting in the rooms. We loved the reusable glass bottle and filtered water, a thoughtful little touch. Kudos to Kayla for allowing us to park in the check-in lot overnight, accommodating our bicycle on the car. it was a fantastic experience.

The breakfast at Canopy was outstanding. I enjoyed a delicious a la carte meal that really hit the spot in the morning. The hotel's convenient location in the center of town made it easy for me to explore all that Ithaca has to offer. Additionally, their shuttle service to the college campuses and airport was a major plus.

There was no guaranteed parking, which made it challenging to find a spot during busier seasons. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and willing to help us find available spots whenever possible.

The building itself had a modern and cool vibe. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a comfortable bed and bath. The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated right in the heart of downtown, making it incredibly easy to explore the charming streets and visit local attractions. Additionally, the hotel rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. But what truly stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience, providing assistance and making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
