We stayed at Canopy for 3 nights for a business trip and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially the bell and valet team, provided exceptional service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great beds. The lobby and gathering spaces were inviting and well-designed. The hotel has a vibrant and unique atmosphere, offering a boutique experience within the Hilton Hotel Company. Its location was perfect for exploring nearby bars, shops, and restaurants in the old port district. We felt safe walking around at night and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The lobby was a great place to work or relax, with free access to a self-check baggage area with lockers. an exceptional experience.

Our recent group stay at this modern hotel was fantastic! The waterfront location offers stunning views from the rooftop bar and water view rooms. The rooms are well-planned with tasteful decor, clean and comfortable bathrooms, and blankets for outdoor rooftop seating. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and accommodating from reception to the breakfast/lunch restaurant.

The signage outside the hotel could be improved.

The location on the waterfront is fantastic, and we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions from here. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of amenities and a cozy sitting area. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely stay again.

We loved the central location in Old Town, close to the waterfront and shopping. The hotel was pristinely clean and offered great facilities, including a rooftop bar and a well-equipped gym with Peloton bikes. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. We were particularly impressed when we asked for bandaids for a foot injury and the front desk agent went the extra mile by providing numbing gel and ibuprofen as well. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was great too. We also appreciated the convenience of places to work in the lobby after check-out and the fast valet service.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for exploring. However, it's a shame that the rooftop bar is closed on certain days, and the bed was a bit too soft. The hotel offered a vibrant and original experience with friendly staff members, had a rooftop bar for convenience and fun, and included a comfortable TV for entertainment. valet parking was a cheaper and more convenient option than finding our own parking, making it a great value.

While the shower was roomy, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, and the Peloton bikes did not have the original pedals. visitors had to deal with costly valet parking and weak shower flow, which could make guests think twice about staying at this hotel again.

I got great value for my money at Canopy. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring and finding good food. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making my stay even better.
