Our stay at the marina-view hotel was a mixed bag with great moments. We relished the scenic balcony overlooking the marina but struggled with a noisy air conditioner next door. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel.

I keep returning for every stay; they even helped me with bug spray once. With Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception & security, Bar/ Lounge, Restaurant. I can't wait to be back for Easter!

My recent stay at the Hotel At Cape Ann Marina was fantastic. I visited for leisure and stayed for four nights. the location was ideal, being close to attractions. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the onsite restaurant served delicious meals. the room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.

Had a great weekend stay with a key location overlooking the marina. the staff was quite helpful, and we enjoyed dining at the nice restaurant on, site.

The condition of the hotel was disappointing, especially with no elevator for lugging bags up multiple flights of stairs. the hallways' dirty and ripped, up carpet was a turn, off, and the broken air conditioner next door caused constant disruptions, making it hard to enjoy the balcony view.
