The room could definitely use some updating, especially since it smelled a bit musty on arrival!!! The decor feels tired and could greatly benefit from a fresh coat of paint and larger bath towels!!! Those little details make a surprisingly big difference!!!

i was really looking forward to my stay, but the room smelled absolutely musty, and the loud refrigerator motor? just delightful. i also expected a room upgrade for my trouble, but no dice! the old furniture surely adds a charming touch, right? i almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn’t!

Our stay was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the harbor and several delightful restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen, adding extra convenience to our trip. Plus, the staff were incredibly warm and offered excellent local recommendations.

The décor in the rooms could use a refresh for a more updated feel.

Just a fitting option for a quick layover in Hyannis with all in all brilliant value for money. The kitchenette was a real lifesaver, letting us prepare snacks and drinks during our stay. Make sure to check out the local pizzerias for some tasty slices nearby.

I loved my stay in the King Suite with Sofa Bed! The cleanliness was impressive, and I cherished opening the screen windows to let in the fresh breeze at night. Plus, the host provided us with discount ferry tickets, making our trip to Martha's Vineyard even more enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer. Raj was really helpful, and the location’s perfect, just steps to the harbor and a short walk to Main Street. Would totally recommend!

Had an excellent four days! The location was spot on—just a short stroll to shops and the ferry. Plus, the room was squeaky clean and well-equipped for all our needs.

Now, if only the furniture had a bit more pep—felt like it belonged in a museum! And those parking lot acrobatics? Not quite my idea of fun!

Superb location near the harbor, and the staff were genuinely welcoming, helping us navigate our adventures around the area. Our room was very clean and boasted two queen beds that were fabulous after a day of exploring.

While the amenities were generally good, it would be great if the stove had been operable for a cozy home-cooked meal and maybe some additional storage in the bathroom could enhance convenience.
