Spacious lobby, friendly staff, delicious Indian restaurant – grewt value for a family getaway.

I really appreciate the spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate families. The indoor pool is a hit with the kids. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant overall.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement. it felt a bit unappetizing.

A cozy stay by the pool

The indoor pool was a huge hit, especially for my kids. Spacious and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay, and the friendly staff were always ready to help. We even enjoyed meals at the lobby's cafe, which were a delightful surprise!

The outdoor pool needed cleaning. I had to help.

the cleaning staff often hangs out in the parking lot smoking instead of working. room carpet is filthy and bathroom sliding door has a crack limiting privacy.

Staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, especially when accommodating our child's medication needs by offering a fridge. The indoor pool was inviting and maintained well, enhancing our relaxing experience.

Breakfast options were underwhelming, limited to dry muffins and bottled juice. Additionally, housekeeping left our door ajar one afternoon, creating a concerning safety issue during our stay.

i woudl ve been thrilled to stay if only the bathroom door didn't rock when closed and i wasn't given a room with an AC that smelled like a wet dog. after all that trouble, you'd think maybe someone would offer an upgrade, but alas, not a hint of special treatment. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

My kids wished the pool temperature could be warmer.

Our experience was marred by inadequate cleanliness. The indoor pool appeared unkempt, prompting us to clean the outdoor area ourselves before letting our kids swim. Additionally, there was a distinct lack of attention to the breakfast area, where the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, especially when we requested basic amenities like water for our kids.

the door to our room wouldn't lock (so unsettling! ). however, the pool was awesome (open late! ), and the staff were super friendly. the cafe had delicious breakfast bites too! !

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Although the breakfast offerings were limited and services could be more efficient, I enjoyed the comfy queen beds during our four-night stay. Consider arriving early for breakfast to beat the rush, and don’t hesitate to ask for more towels if needed!

The rooms looked freshly renovated, and I loved how spacious our family suite was! We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool and the sun terrace, which were perfect for unwinding. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊
