Great option for budget travelers

Met my 3C criteria. Clean , comfortable , and cost effective. I backed my rig right up to the room and unloaded my stuff easily. The room was a bit dated but spotless and well maintained. Had a nice spacious feel to it, and I liked having a full kitchen, even if it was empty of utensils. Definitely hit the spot after a long day.

Wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but in the end it still felt worth it.

the bathroom was as cramped as a phone booth, and don't get me started on the ants that thought my room was their personal buffet. if only management had offered a complimentary upgrade for the horrors I endured, maybe my review woudl ve been more positive. I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

We had a great stay at the Capitol Hill Motel! Our 2 Bedroom Queen Suite was surprisingly spacious, with a full kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, and enough storage. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The comfortable beds ensured we had a restful night's sleep after our long days exploring Portland.

The bathroom could've used better heating.
