The hotel also had a decent breakfast offering, although it could have had more variety.

The biggest issue we had was the lack of water pressure in the shower and the backed-up drain. It was quite inconvenient to have to clean out the hair in order to take a proper shower.

The view from our room at the Capitol Skyline was absolutely breathtaking! We had a perfect view of the Capitol building, it was truly mesmerizing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff at the bar were friendly and helpful, and the steak dinner we had was delicious. Despite only staying for one night, we fell in love with the location and the friendly and accommodating staff. We will definitely be returning to the Capitol Skyline on our next trip to DC, and we hope to book a room on the 7th floor again for that perfect view. we highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent service.

The rooms are comfortable with nice towels, and the breakfast buffet is great. Some staff members like Renee and Bria are very helpful in assisting with sightseeing options.

There were some issues like one negative experience with the hotel manager, who did not respect guests' privacy and the lack of portable heating in rooms leading to extreme cold.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning in our room did not work, resulting in a very uncomfortable and hot night's sleep.
