I had a fantastic stay at a cozy motel in a charming town. The location was perfect, right in downtown with easy access to stores and shops. The waterfront view from the breakfast room and balcony was breathtaking. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a table and chairs, nightstands, a fridge, and a full bathroom. The continental breakfast, although missing the promised items, was still satisfying, and I appreciated the inclusion of hard boiled eggs. The motel staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering helpful advice on exploring Haines. The shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal was convenient and efficient. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of Wi-Fi and some noise from neighboring rooms, my overall experience was superb. I would highly recommend this motel for a delightful stay in Haines.

The view and the price were great. Our room was large, clean, and well-appointed in a traditional Alaskan style. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a lifesaver in bad weather. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The coffee could have been better, but that was a minor drawback compared to the overall experience. the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors at times, although it didn't really bother us after the first day.
