During our recent stay at the Carlsbad Inn, we found the check-in process to be quick and hassle-free. Our room was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The owners' attention to detail in updating the exterior and planting flowers showed their commitment to maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. If we return to Carlsbad, New Mexico, we would definitely choose to stay at the Carlsbad Inn again. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

One drawback we noticed was the low shower ceiling, which can be troublesome for taller individuals. Additionally, the towels were a bit thin, although my husband seemed to like them.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything looking spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive, from the fast wifi to the good selection of TV channels. Parking was convenient, and I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to a great Chinese restaurant. Additionally, the hotel is located near several restaurants and stores, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Despite being located on a heavy traffic area, I didn't have any issues with noise during my stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent room service. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time here.

Price and location were very reasonable for the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us the best sleep ever. Despite being an older hotel, it was exceptionally clean with staff that went above and beyond. The room was bright and welcoming, thanks to the amazing blackout curtains. We were grateful for the late checkout they accommodated us with, allowing us to catch up on much-needed sleep. The management was super helpful and flexible with our reservation changes. a mind-blowing experience that we will definitely be repeating.

The motel had a playground and a vending machine, good for kids and thirsty adults. It was conveniently located, with Carlsbad's exciting town centre just a 5-minute drive away. Free WiFi and parking were a nice touch too.

The beds were so tiny, I felt like a giant sleeping on a mouse pad.
