The rooms are spacious and clean with some amenities that are not commonly found in newer hotels, such as oversized leather chairs in the library. The bathroom is updated and functional with enjoyable tile.

We loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location to an event on ETSU campus. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities like a TV, desk, and refrigerator. The hotel had excellent parking facilities and was conveniently located close to everything we had planned for the weekend. The attached restaurant, The Wellington, had delicious breakfast options available and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for the outdoor activities I had planned in the nearby mountains. The staff provided excellent service, from the bell staff and porter to the room service and wake-up calls. The amenities were top-notch, with a great dining restaurant and a beautiful terrace to enjoy. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, with a range of services from massages to beauty treatments. The seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious, cozy, and fitted with fireplaces, making them perfect for a winter getaway. The beds were so comfortable, we didn't want to get up. The attention to detail was excellent, and the location was ideal, being close to the stadium, great restaurants and bars, and local attractions. Plus, the breakfast was top-notch!

The history and style of the hotel made my stay unforgettable. The whiskey bar was impressive, and the bartender was knowledgeable. Tim suggested the best drink from the 100 whiskey options. The king bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly despite the noise from the passing trains. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Carnegie Hotel & Spa for a weekend getaway with friends. From the moment I arrived, Zachary provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome and at ease. The room was beautifully appointed, with a luxurious king-size bed and a soothing soaking tub. I loved the Gilchrist and Somes toiletries, the elegant furnishings, and the extra quiet ambiance. The hotel's proximity to ETSU was also a plus, and the parking was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the room service was excellent. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool. We also loved the spacious and comfortable room, complete with all the necessary amenities. It was truly a luxury experience.

Huge classic bathroom. Queen sleigh bed, high ceiling, roomy and quiet. Soft, clean and cozy beds. TV with plenty of channels, desk, fridge, safe. Beautiful antique lobby and modern room floors. Exceptional bathroom with two sinks, shower and bathtub. Polite and helpful staff. Immaculate and well-appointed. Outstanding spa services. Marvelous room and bathroom. Worth more in a big city.
