We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at Carnegie House. The views of the golf course were lovely and the staff went out of their way to make my husband a special vegan meal. The restaurant staff was friendly and the breakfast menu was impressive, with all items cooked to order. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The traffic noise from outside was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at times. the lack of expected amenities in the room, such as a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator, was disappointing.
