I recently stayed at Carte Hotel in downtown San Diego for a 10-day staycation in Little Italy. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk everywhere and explore the nearby attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. I loved the convenience of the water dispenser beside the elevator. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the lovely bay view from my room and the rooftop bar and pool offered a great place to relax.

We had a lovely romantic escape at a downtown hotel in San Diego. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with much-needed rest and relaxation. The rooftop deck and pool were perfect for lounging in the sun and enjoying the beautiful views. Plus, the large TV with numerous channels kept us entertained during our downtime. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the downtown area and enjoy all that it had to offer.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not pleased with. the rooms we were allocated did not live up to the promised "panoramic views", as we ended up with a view of old buildings and the curtains didn't even open.

Great location next to Little Italy. Accommodating concierge and friendly food and beverage team. com. Amazingly clean and spacious property with special treats for honeymooners. Comfortable room, modern bathroom, fantastic gym, and good restaurant. Warm jacuzzi was a bonus.

Rooms are comfortable and rooftop deck is stunning. The hotel is close to Little Italy and Petco Park, as well as excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and kind, making check-in and extending stays a breeze. The gym is top-notch and occupies the entire third floor. The overall design of the hotel is excellent, from the lobby to the restaurants.

The thermostat in the room could only go down to 68 degrees, which made for some sweaty nights. Additionally, the parking situation was quite inconvenient, with guests having to call the front desk every time to open the gate.
