Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location with easy access to the city center and attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the hotel had a beautiful holiday atmosphere, with well, decorated surroundings and festive ambiance. the food was exceptional, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients from nearby farmers. the spa was a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience.

Lack of information in the room about hotel facilities was frustrating. the absence of a comprehensive price and treatment list in the room meant having to go to the spa for that information.

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the famous Blue Hill Stone Barns restaurant where we had an amazing dinner. the hotel itself was charming and had a lovely hiking path on the premises. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and tennis court during our stay.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by the lackluster service. the staff seemed distracted and uninterested, especially at check-in.

From Merlyn at check out to the restaurant staff, chefs, and housekeepers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even cleaned the snow off our car! The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, terrace, and all the necessary facilities like ironing, heating. We were truly impressed by the hotel's commitment to their guests.

Staying in a castle was a dream come true! My room was spotless and had a fantastic four poster bed, slippers, and dressing gowns, which made me feel like royalty. The castle's ambiance was beautiful, and walking around made me feel like living in history.

The location was convenient for both dinner options and breakfast/coffee places, both of which I highly recommend. Transportation and parking were also easily accessible.

The location was convenient for exploring the nearby Sleepy Hollow and downtown Tarrytown, where we had delicious meals at Sweet Grass and Coffee Lab.
