As a tourist, I really loved that Castle Waimea Country Lodge provided spacious and clean rooms. The fact that our party of five was put in adjacent rooms on the ground level was perfect for us to have privacy while still being able to connect through a connecting door. The playpen service for our child was a great bonus. The two double beds in the room were comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's sleep. Despite being centrally located in Waimea, the lodge was quiet and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The availability of enough parking was also a plus.

Felt like at home, no complaints.

Friendly Staff Made All the Difference!

During my recent stay at Castle, I was amazed by the genuinely friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. The location in comfortable Hillside Waimea was perfect, with easy access to fantastic beaches and resorts at affordable prices. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-stocked amenities. Despite some minor issues with the water system, the overall experience was positive. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option with friendly folks and a convenient location, I definitely recommend Castle. I had a great time and would happily stay here again.

We loved the convenient location of Database Room in the middle of Waimea. It was walking distance to the Saturday farmers market, eateries, and a beautiful wooden park. The room itself exceeded our expectations with two double beds and amenities like a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot water maker, and mini refrigerator. The open design and cleanliness made it feel newly renovated. The view of the lush hills of Waimea from the room was stunning, especially when star gazing at night. Leina at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the island.

We felt truly looked after at Database Room, with nothing being too much trouble.

We loved the spacious rooms and newly remodeled suites at Castle Waimea Country Lodge. The kitchenette with real dishes, silverware, and good knives was a great addition for our stay. The outside area was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Being able to drive right up to our room was convenient, and we appreciated the short walk to the grocery store and Starbucks. the lodge had a great location for our adventure to Mauna Kea.

The staff at Castle Waimea Country Lodge made us feel privileged and were always there to help with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

My husband and I stayed at Castle Waimea Country Lodge for a week-long vacation. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Its central location in Waimea town made it easy for us to explore the shops, restaurants, and farmers market right next door. We were pleasantly surprised by the ample parking available and enjoyed using the great BBQ facilities. The wifi worked perfectly and the shower pressure was excellent.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Castle Waimea Country Lodge provided excellent value for the price. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, with easy access to shops, the farmers market, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast could have been better with the addition of a coffee maker. We love our morning coffee, and it would have been nice to have that option available.
