As a tourist, I really loved that Castle Waimea Country Lodge provided spacious and clean rooms. The fact that our party of five was put in adjacent rooms on the ground level was perfect for us to have privacy while still being able to connect through a connecting door. The playpen service for our child was a great bonus. The two double beds in the room were comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's sleep. Despite being centrally located in Waimea, the lodge was quiet and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The availability of enough parking was also a plus.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near various gourmet restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the city without having to drive.

The curtains were also dusty, and we even found gecko droppings on one of the beds.

I got great value for my money at Castle Waimea Lodge. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location in comfortable Hillside Waimea was perfect, with easy access to fantastic beaches and resorts at affordable prices. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-stocked amenities. Despite some minor issues with the water system, the overall experience was positive. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option with friendly folks and a convenient location, I definitely recommend Castle. I had a great time and would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Castle and had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful. The recently renovated room was clean and had convenient amenities like a mini fridge, ceiling fan, and microwave. I also appreciated the easy parking right in front of my unit. Plus, it was a good deal and close to local supermarkets and eateries.

I became an expert stargazer thanks to the superb access to Mauna Kea summit. The hotel's location near historic Waimea town was perfect for indulging in dining and recreation spots.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at Waimea Country Lodge. The property was well maintained and check-in/out process was easy. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including WiFi, fridge, and even an extra blanket. The location was fantastic with excellent restaurants nearby.

We loved the convenient location of Database Room in the middle of Waimea. It was walking distance to the Saturday farmers market, eateries, and a beautiful wooden park. The room itself exceeded our expectations with two double beds and amenities like a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot water maker, and mini refrigerator. The open design and cleanliness made it feel newly renovated. The view of the lush hills of Waimea from the room was stunning, especially when star gazing at night. Leina at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the island.

We felt truly looked after at Database Room, with nothing being too much trouble.
