We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The facilities were nice, with great pools and a large hot tub. The location was key, close to wineries and other attractions in the area. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the friendly staff who responded quickly to our concerns.

The pillows smelled of men's cologne and the sheets didn't seem clean. The pull-out bed was unmade and dirty, with kids' toys left behind.

The cute tiny house lacked cleanliness with dirty windows, dust, and spider webs. Priced at $1000 for three nights, it could have been sparkling. However, the excellent family activities and great pools made up for it. Staff promptly responded to our unclean 2 bedroom rental.
