I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Ritzville, Washington. My experience at this hotel, which I'll call Days Inn, was absolutely fantastic. As a housekeeping manager, I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and I was happy to find that the room was impeccably cleaned to meet my expectations. The front desk clerk, Toni, was incredibly sweet both during check-in and in the morning. And let me tell you, the breakfast was a delightful surprise - it was delicious and made with real food! my experience at Days Inn was perfect, earning them a solid 10/10 rating in my book.

I recently stayed at Days Inn in Ritzville for a quick layover. The hotel is currently being renovated, but it didn't affect my stay at all. The room was small but clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The location was perfect, right off the freeway, with easy access to Spokane. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered fresh fruit and cereal, which was a great way to start the day. One standout moment was when the fire alarm in my first room was beeping, but the clerk quickly moved me to a different room without any hassle. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and well-appointed with coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, and even steamed veggies. Will recommend.

The friendly ladies on staff made sure we had enough to eat and gave us a warm welcome each morning. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.
