We stayed at The Chalet for a couple of nights and loved it! The room felt like a cozy apartment with a big bed, comfortable couch, and a spacious kitchen/dining area. The owners were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for exploring the area. The location was perfect for visiting Zion National Park. The property was beautifully maintained and had a lovely secret garden with a waterfall. We can't wait to come back!

The location of the hotel is great, being near to the center of town and close to everything in the St George area. The room itself is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and soft linens. The bathroom is well-maintained and the towels provided are fluffy and white. In terms of facilities, there is a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and fridge, perfect for those who want to prepare their own meals. the hotel provides a map and the staff are helpful.

One downside is that the wifi can be a bit unreliable at times, with occasional slow speeds.

As young people, we loved the modern and beautifully appointed rooms with their dark brushed metal bathroom fixtures and marble counters. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room layout was perfect for those who wanted to read without disturbing their partner. The hotel's location on a busy street didn't bother us at all, as our room was surprisingly quiet. The friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even upgrading us to a quiet room for studying. The convenient self-check-in process and thoughtful details, like the lights and heat being turned on in our room upon arrival, made us feel welcomed and at home.

There was no pool or hot tub at the hotel, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there was no breakfast offered and for the price, it didn't feel like a great value.

I had a fantastic stay at the Chalet Motel. the front desk lady was incredibly nice and the room was like a mini apartment on the inside. the bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and quiet. the location was great, with a store nearby to grab breakfast items or a cozy café just a short distance away. I especially loved the fully-equipped kitchenette in the queen single room, making it convenient for simple meal prep. the Chalet Motel provided excellent facilities, a great location, and fantastic value.

I loved having a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room, which made it convenient for longer stays. the nearby hiking options were a wonderful bonus, allowing me to explore the beautiful surroundings. the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, and the staff, including the housekeeper and front desk, were friendly and helpful. They even called me promptly when I forgot something in my room, which I really appreciated.

We stayed at the Chalet Motel for two nights with our family and were pleasantly surprised by the charming exterior and completely remodeled interior. The night manager was accommodating with our late check-in and the room had three queen beds, perfect for our needs. The entire place was immaculately clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, right off the freeway with nearby amenities.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a few positive aspects to our experience. the maid staff and front desk check, in clerk were excellent and very friendly. They made us feel welcome and attended to any needs or questions we had. Additionally, the room was very clean and well, maintained. the pillows and bed were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, we appreciated the fact that the hotel had large, fluffy towels, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

There were some aspects of our experience that were disappointing. the hot water took an exceptionally long time to reach the second floor, around 5, 10 minutes.
