Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the service is great! This hotel is value for money as it has everything you need. The rooms have a kitchen and a sofa sleeper, which is a great plus. And the breakfast included is a nice touch. Also, the location is perfect, with nearby stores and amazing restaurants.

We loved the unique themed rooms, especially the "struggling writer" design with vintage typewriters and record player. The full kitchen and separate living area made us feel right at home. The staff, both in the morning and at night, were fantastic.

During our recent stay at Chase Suite Hotel, we were blown away by the incredible suite we had. The room was so spacious and well-furnished, with a full kitchen, dining area, and even a jacuzzi tub in the loft-style bedroom. It felt like a luxurious condo rather than a hotel room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were comfortable and firm. We also appreciated the three TVs in the suite, providing entertainment options for everyone. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great start to our day, and the evening offerings of hot food and beer on tap were a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. we had a fantastic experience at Chase Suite Hotel, and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family.

Complimentary cookies and hot cocoa upon arrival and signing for a loyalty club card was a nice touch during my Christmas stay. the location was convenient as it was close to a major highway and several restaurants. I also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day of exploring the area.

The rooms were infested with bugs and other creepy crawlies. My family and I were constantly scratching and swatting at flies, spiders, and even roaches.
