The dinner at the hotel restaurant was outstanding - service, presentation, drinks and food were all top-notch. We highly recommend it as a great place to eat. The concierge at the front desk provided excellent customer service, answering all our questions in a professional and helpful manner. She was definitely the highlight of our stay.

This hotel is extremely convenient, located very close to the airport and offering easy access to everything in the area. The shuttle service to the hotel is reliable, making transportation a breeze. The rooms with king beds are comfortable and provide all the basic amenities needed for a good stay.

The hotel is in a great location with everything you need within a short distance, from food options to a Walmart nearby. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that offered two complimentary drinks at check-in and cookies in the lobby. The location was great, with multiple shopping and dining options within walking distance. The indoor pool was also a plus, especially during the colder weather.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized throughout my stay. The room was not cleaned properly and some amenities were not restocked.

This hotel is exceptional in so many ways. it is very close to the airport, which is great when you have a layover flight. Secondly, their staff is exceptional, always ready to assist with any query. Thirdly, the room, especially the one with a king bed, was amazing with all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, additional to the restaurant, there were other food places around, making it more convenient to get a quick bite.
